My background is in user experience design. I am passionate about finding elegant, people-focused solutions to challenges. Throughout my design career, I have focused on deeply understanding the problem space in order to craft appropriate outcomes that marry business needs with user needs, while taking technical constraints into consideration.

My leadership style is a natural continuation of my people-focused design approach. I am more interested in collective outcomes than individual accolades. In collaborating with other disciplines, I help us create the best outcomes as a unified team.
